Production Timeline
Pre-ordered items are handcrafted specifically for you. Please allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery from the date your order is placed.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Your order will enter our production queue once payment is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Because each piece is custom-made for you, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes.
