Pre-Order Items
Our footwear is handcrafted in limited quantities and made to order.
Production & Delivery
- Production time: 4–6 weeks
- Shipping time is included within this timeframe
Each pair is crafted specifically for you, with careful attention to materials, construction, and finish.
Customization
For pre-order items, you may request:

Order Process

- Complete your purchase
- Your order enters production after payment confirmation
- You will receive updates on your order progress
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Production begins once payment is confirmed.
Changes & Cancellations
As each item is made to order:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
- If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order
In-Stock Items
Items available in stock are shipped within standard delivery timelines:
- Canada & USA: 8–16 business days
- Europe: approximately 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
